"As a traveling private chef, one of the most consistent issues I had was finding a safe, reliable, and affordable way to transport perishable items for my clients. This became an even greater challenge when clients around the country had very specific needs, or simply didn't have certain perishable goods due to their geographical region. Being based in the booming market of South Florida, it came as surprise that there was not a higher supply to meet the demand of mobile refrigeration.
